Responsible for the recruitment of new tutors for Acadsoc. Assessing the applicant’s communication skills, technical tools, computer literacy and other required skills. ? For passed, applicants, will prepare for their log ins and endorse each new hire to their respective trainers and tutor managers. ? Monitors endorsed trainees to their trainers and tutor managers. ? Follow up applicants who hasn’t attended their interview. ? Keeps the record of all applicants.
