Profile Description

I am currently a Virtual Assistant doing administrative and customer service tasks. I also do data research and data entry using Google Sheets. I also do email campaigns and automations. I recently completed my Social Media Marketing Masterclass in Skill Success.

As a former Quality Assurance Analyst, I have become more keen to details. I make sure that whatever is asked of me is of best quality. I have knowledge on Photoshop and some video editors.
I also have a background in journalism as I was a former student journalist. Through this, I have also learned to proofread written works. I also work well with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Publisher. Through my experiences as project head and an officer in my organizations, my leadership skill was honed and I can now handle people well. I can deal with various types of individuals. I am open to new learnings and have trainings if needed.
