I also have around a couple of years experience in customer service jobs where the accounts were based in America, these jobs required me to take calls, encode data, and multi-task. I'm a quick and accurate typist with fair knowledge of MS Word. I give my 100% on all jobs I take and strive to become an efficient and remarkable person to work with.
