Profile Description

I was once a Secretary in a Mining Laboratory wherein I worked for almost 4 years. There I dealt with different tasks such as responding to emails of different clients ( Mining Companies in different parts of Asia), sending them reports or laboratory analysis of their submitted products via email and mail. I also answer calls and inquiries regarding laboratory fees and other essential work-related queries.
Then after a few months, I joined an International Construction Co. also as a Secretary to the project head
-
there I did planning of daily appointments, flight itineraries, answering calls, doing reports, arranging employee files.
After that, I transferred to another job this time as a Human Resources Assistant in one of the biggest department stores in the country. I did the coordinating of the daily transportation of the staff, I also handled
the time-sheet of almost 4 satellite chain stores of the company. I learned how to deal with different employee issues.
Lastly, I became a Human Resources Coordinator

I have worked together with the Human Resource Manager. She assigned in the Recruitment Department wherein I directly accept a resume from the applicants both local and abroad. I screened them manually and filter each and everyone then proceeds to the initial interview via phone or internet. Then give exams and whoever passed that is the time I will submit the final list to the Manager and then I will wait until she directs me to the next step which is the Job Offer Letter.
Then was also trained on the Labor Law, salary computation, sick leave, vacation leave etc. Ticketing, flight itineraries and as well as minutes of the each and every meeting.
I have excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint. I have very strong communication skills.
