Worked for SiriusXm for over 2 years as an Inbound Sales Representative (activating radio service). Transfered to Telstra telecomunications company from Australia as Chat Support for over a year. Then tried homebased job as an ISA for Real Estate company, handled Outbound calls for prospects so we can setup an appointment with our agents. I was also an Amazon VA to my previous employer, specializing in store management, and technical issues. Overall, i have over 4 years working experience in the BPO industry and 3 years as a freelancer.
