I've been a working student since 2016. On May 2020, I successfully finished my course in BS in Industrial Engineering and got my yellow belt certification on Lean Six Sigma last June of 2020. 

I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications company based in US. I function primarily on collections or finance calls but also engaged with care and technical support concerns. I also have an experience handling fraud cases for an international credit card company. Moreover, I worked as Customer Support through other channels such as live chat and email.

During my internship for college, I worked as an Intern for a semiconductor company and was assigned to assist engineers from Project Management Office. My internship developed my skill in using G Suite and Microsoft Office 365 applications for managing emails, scheduling meetings, inviting people needed in meetings, collecting data, analyzing data, and presenting data.
