SKILL SUMMARY

I worked locally as an Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable) for 2 years and 6 months. I can't deny my interest in numbers and in working in the accounting department. After working for more years I dijdcck to take up a short course in Bookkeeping. I was awarded an NCII License as a Bookkeeper.

I am also a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with 2 years of experience. I am in-charge in buy and Sale transactions, preparing the home to get ready on the listing, looking for a contractor, list the property in MLS. I am also doing the basic tasks in property management like attending to the tenant's needs in repair, monitoring the rent payments, screening tenant applicants, and background checking.

Aside from being an Accounting Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, I am also doing Marketing Assistant tasks like creating images and designs for social media posting, scheduling the post to the company's social media pages, and transcribing videos.
