Profile Description

I am a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator with 3 years of experience. I am in-charge in buy and Sale transactions, preparing the home to get ready on the listing, looking for a contractor, listing the property in MLS, and contacting the Title Company and Buy or Sale agent to make sure we close on time.
I also have a background in Property Management. I am in-charge in doing background checking on the lease applicant, preparing the lease agreement, making sure the security deposit and other initial payments are collected, monitoring monthly rent to make sure all tenants will pay their rent, contacting the contractor if a repair is needed and attending to other tenant's concern.

I am also doing Marketing Assistant tasks like creating images and designs for social media posting, scheduling the post to the company's social media pages, and transcribing videos.
