Profile Description

I am an experienced Virtual Assistant with over 6 years of experience supporting businesses in content marketing, administration, customer support, real estate, property management, and transaction coordination.

My latest role is as a Content and Marketing Coordinator, where I manage podcast production, membership content, webinar setup, email marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation. I also handle inbox management, customer inquiries, calendar scheduling, and product setup inside CRM platforms like Go High Level (GHL) and Kartra.

I have 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator handling buy and sale transactions from contract to closing. My responsibilities included preparing transaction documents, coordinating with agents, title companies, lenders, and contractors, monitoring deadlines, posting properties to MLS, and making sure transactions closed on time.

I also have experience in Property Management support, including tenant concerns, rent monitoring, maintenance coordination, utilities and insurance monitoring, lease-related tasks, and administrative support.

In addition, I have worked as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant handling customer support, email management, Amazon review monitoring, team support, and general administrative tasks.

I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. I am also experienced in using AI tools to assist with content creation, podcast show notes, email drafts, and workflow support.
