I am familiar and experienced with tools like ATT One Ticketing System, Unified Desktop, F Secure, Poderosa, Screenshare, Zendesk and iOS.
With all my technical abilities, I am also a customer service specialist. I was a senior advisor for a customer service account and can handle customers well and efficiently.
