Was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert after outstanding performance that helps support complaints resolution coordinators on products and handle escalations, landed the Team Lead role after 1 year and a half with the support group, has successfully handled new hired agents for the complaints space and was assigned on a competitive team that performed well in complaints management.
My skills on Microsoft office is excellent as it was the tool that we use from my previous job and as a supervisor we always utilize and send reports using the tool.
I am Professional, compassionate and hardworking operations team leader with consolidated experience in customer service management, technical support, complex billing and people development. Looking to secure a long-term role on a company that would encourage me develop and explore new skills.
Also, I have been doing social media managing. I have a passion in travelling in and out of the Philippines where I get my experiences in photography, marketing where I get to travel with more convenience just by doing coordination and communicating well on the people a get along with.
