I work as a Virtual Assistant in the eCommerce business where I am the one who manages customer inquiries and the status of their orders, deals with suppliers, uploading products to Shopify.  

I also become a Graphic designer and email marketing specialist where I Support ongoing engagements, Social Media Audits, and Help the business to grow. Content CreatorScheduling posting of content. I also Preparing Email Marketing Ads, Email Marketing Tips, Created content for email marketing campaigns, and sent emails to those people who had requested more information. Ensured proper email delivery to Upgrade to see actual infosigned developed and implemented email marketing campaigns.I also work in the area of Customer Service for 4 years and 3 years in Property Management as a Professional Admin Assistant. I also ok have experience in Sales, Basic Accounting, bookkeeping,  and basic IT works.

My CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. 

Before I dUpgrade to see actual info to be a freelancer, I was part of a Real estate company where we provide instant offices, meeting rooms, and other office services. As Customer Service Representatives, we are the extension of our client's business. The main task here is to coordinate with our clients face-to-face. I'll make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with our services by responding to their queries by phone, email, or chat in an accurate and timely manner. I'll Make sure that we provide all their needs based on the standard. I am also responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues. My Administrative task is delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, and ordering their office supplies after 1 year, I got promoted to COMMUNITY MANAGER and my main task is to process client invoices, collect payments, handle debt collection, provide sales revenue, handle a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber and lead by example, creating a strong ethos of customer service throughout the team and serve as a primary back up for the Area Manager including customer needs and meetings.  Within those 4 years, I also developed solid Sales experience.

My ADMINISTRATIVE experience, 
I work as a professional admin assistant for 3 years in different prestigious Property Management here in the Philippines. My main task here is to maintain a professional, service-oriented relationship with the Manager other assistants and employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers. I also interpret client account inquiries and research discrepancies. I also do the payroll and filing of documents.
