Profile Description

My work ethic was forged in the fires of early experience, which began when I was 19 and worked in the retail industry. This foundation proved essential when I moved to the outsourcing business in 2014, where I handled US foreign accounts. For three years, I polished my customer service and sales skills as a chat support specialist for a US telecommunications company, managing the difficulties of real-time communication and sales conversion. In 2018, I discovered my passion for healthcare, which marked a turning point in my life. For three years, I worked as a Medical Biller with a focus on payment posting for a US DME provider.

Recently, I've spent over two years as a remote medical assistant for a California-based Gastroenterology clinic. This position has been extremely rewarding, allowing me to directly assist patients with their healthcare needs. My tasks range from processing referrals and authorizations, managing medical records, and handling communications to verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and working as a phone operator. This career, which began in retail and progressed through outsourcing to healthcare, has fostered in me a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a great sense of purpose in assisting others.

When I'm not working, I enjoy a mix of relaxation and learning. I unwind by watching movies, and I'm always eager to pick up new skills through tutorial videos. Lately, I've become particularly interested in Spanish, and I'm enthusiastically learning the language on my own.
