Profile Description

5 years experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant for Shopify stores and brands. I started in the industry as a Customer service representative who worked her way through every aspect of running a business online. I was able to learn and practice almost every task related to maintaining and managing a Shopify store which includes, product landing page making, inventory management, Ad creatives making, and social media content generation. As well as working to achieve better systems and SOPs for daily operations and customer service operations.
