I worked for BPO Companies in a variety of Sales, Telemarketing and Appointment Setting as well as Technical Support and Customer Services. I consider myself a well rounded or should I say a Universal Contact Center Agent but mostly inclined towards doing Sales mainly because I am very much motivated with more earning opportunities sales has to offer.
I can diligently follow provided scripts as well as very effective in free flow or with no scripts. I am an honest individual and values customer satisfaction that leads to repeat business. I am never involve in any fraud or acts of dishonestly and never will be.
I am an open minded person and loves to share my ideas, too. I will definitely be an valuable asset if given the opportunity.
