Profile Description

I have a vast, over a decade-long accounting experience as a Certified Public Accountant and I'm also a Xero Advisor Certified with more than 4-year working experience as a Virtual Accountant.

Since over the years I have gained a high level of accounting and tax legislation knowledge, I will be able to help you with the overall financial management of the day-to-day bookkeeping of your company. Some of the tasks that I can help you with are the following:
• Records and manages all financial transactions in Xero including creditor and debtor invoices, receipts, and payments.j
• Review and reconciliation of accounts and transactions in Dext to be published and integrated in Xero.
• Carrying out bank reconciliations in Xero including credit card accounts.
• Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records.
• Able to understand and prepare financial statements exported from Xero Accounting System and able to do account transactions audit based on existing tax rules and writing up management reports.
• Monitor and manage the ‘accounts’ inbox for clients (where directed) and respond to tasks in a timely manner.

Apart from Xero, I have also experienced utilizing modern day digital tools such as G-Suite, Hubdoc, Dext, Slack, Skype, Zoom, Outlook, TimeDoctor, Teamwork, A2x and Teams to name a few.

I also have the ability to work with multiple clients and strong ability to communicate with in-house accounting managers, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients clearly and effectively. I also have the experience managing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and training new colleagues both from the Philippines and offshore.

I already have a quiet and well-lit working space at home, complete with laptops, second monitors and with a stable wired internet connection (PLDT Fibr), HD Webcams, noise cancelling headphones, as well as backup power supply (generator) and backup internet in case of power and internet outage.

I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant for a Shopify store with the following responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries over email and keep them happy.
• Record and analyse customer feedback and look for ways to improve customer experience.
• Update customers with their order status and process refunds /exchanges.
• Provide administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.
