After 6 months of hard work, I managed to be the 17th best agent out of 700+ agents for the month of February 2018. For the month of April in the same year, I managed to climb even further, snagging the top 7th place. 
This is a big accomplishment for me because it is hard to hit the Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and pass the Quality Assurance (QA). I was also offered the position of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the account for which I respectfully declined because I have already set my sights on working full-time from home. 
As a Lead Generation Specialist, I managed to exceed the expectations of my client by providing more of what is expected.
