Profile Description

Customer service representative for 6 years in a BPO Company. I am dealing with billing and general inquires and also selling. I am skilled in dealing with customers/clients over the phone especially on how to control and handle the call, answering emails make sure that my customer is satisfied with my service and my company I make sure that I used all of my resources to help them out and give them what I can. I can work under pressure make sure that it will not affect my customer I handle everything professionally. I also do Cold calling, Skiptracing, Appointment Setting and Lead Gen I’ll make sure I meet all of my deadline and I can also fo Email support Im doing that for a year now Shopify and Zendesk I am eager to learn more and eventually grow to any company. I am a very hardworking person, fast learner and willing to learn more. I respect every company that Im working on I'm not the kind of person that will leave without saying anything. If I will be hired to your company I will be very responsible on every task that I will be given I'm looking for a long term job I will make sure to follow all of the instruction of my client.
