I'm Arlyn, I am an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist. While I focused on managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, I also used to handle multiple brands of home and kitchen appliances, electronics and
gadgets accessories that sell across USA, Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia and Japan. For multiple years, I'm highly trained to maintain accuracy working on confidential and large amount of data and information.

- Effectively work on cases, monitor the progress and resolve issues.
- Participate on marketing promotions by ensuring that materials are ready and in compliance with the requirement.
- Coordinate with logistics for shipment updates and track their deliveries.
- Curated copywriting for product launching, seasonal sales and promotional event.
- Efficiently assist the operational team in social media planning, documenting SOP and suggest prompt solutions.
- Monitor store accounts and ensures that urgent matters are addressed.
- Work with finance department, create invoice and assist in bills payment.
- Focused on preventing income loss by minimizing expenses and ensure eligible claims are reimbursed.
