Got some experience as a Customer Service representative on PayRange Account, we did admin task using Zendesk tool such as emailing, follow- up outbound calls or leave voice message for customer’s concerns and inquiries, doing refund and reversal of the balance from customer’s PayRange account back to their bank/financial institution using Manage tool, we also offer basic troubleshooting for the PayRange vending machines that is not connecting to their phones. Got experience in logistics company (Veterans Logistics Group, Inc.) worked in one of their tracking team, track shipments from the shipper and update via email on the current location of driver and calculate every mileage per hour of the driver until arrived at the receiver. We use google mail to update the customer and provide them with the documents (e.g. BOL, POD).
