I currently work as an Executive Services Specialist for PropertyMe Pty Ltd. Provides prompt chat and email responses to customers using Zendesk. Assisting customers with how to process transactions, basic reconciliation, how to utilize the app and provide customer service solutions.

Works for a Car Sales/Trade in company as a Social Media Replier and Lead Verifier. We use the platform of Facebook and Instagram to reply with the potential leads and book them for an appointment. 

I have 5 years of experience as a customer service representative and technical support for the US (Telco) accounts in the BPO industry. I am great at providing excellent customer service. I have been assisting customers with general/technical concerns, billing inquiries and as well as processing payments thru debit or credit cards. I have a background in managing emails and live chats as well.

I have also dealt with appointment setting and lead generation for an Australian research firm for more than a year.

I have more than 2 years of experience as a data encoder. I am an expert in data entry, maintaining databases and client files and handling other data-related tasks and maintaining confidentiality. I know how to use MS Word & Excel and Bitrix24.
