I am currently working from home as an VA Assistant Property Management and previously worked as VA Secretary Property Management, also a work from home. I assist tenants over the phone, email, and chats/SMS with their lease renewals, lease agreement, lease offers/incentives, move in and move out process, billings, rent collections, tenant’s complaints, and maintenance of their unit. I deliver reports and update the spreadsheets assigned by the management and also do admin tasks. I do Request proposals, Execute building repairs and maintenance, Create/update work orders, File documents Assist with homeowner inquiry, Assist with insurance related items, Updated service contracts, New tenant leases Budget tasks, File management, Handle check requests, Review accounts, Complete data entry for clients, Invoice research, Audit request, and Payment arrangement for utility bills. I can easily adapt to a new setup and new settings and work independently with less supervision. I am a proficient, passionate, and self-motivated person with excellent skills in Office & Admin, Sales, VA Secretary, leasing consultant, and successful customer service experience and call center for a total of 11 years. I have strong communicative and convincing skills to deal with any kind of customer. I am always interested in making long term professional relationships with my clients to ensure that every projects become successful. I will go the extra mile and use the best direction. I am a proficient, passionate and self- motivated person. I have trained and worked part time as Social Influencer for 2 weeks with Perfect Jobs Company. I have completed the Filipino Virtual Assistance - Real Estate Investing Task Course. An online course covered Real Estate Investing (REI) Basics, REI CRMs, Sites and Apps, REI Lead Generation, REI Calls, Calendar Management, Appointment Setting, Property Types and Amenities, Comparable and Offers & Negotiations.
