I have almost 5 years of work experience in Data Entry, Technical/Chat Support, Transcriptionist/Transcriber in the BPO industry here in the Philippines, and almost 3 years as a Virtual Assistant, during which I gathered different experiences, strategies, and techniques on using tools that might be useful now and in the future. Such as MS Office, Google spreadsheets, Go High Level, Credit Repair Cloud, CFPB, FTC, Freezing secondary bureaus, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, some AI Tools and etc.
I'm working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 4 years now. Yet I'm still yearn for new opportunities and want to learn more and boost up my knowledge as a Virtual Assistant.
