I have started working as an online Virtual Assistant in 2009 until today. Working with several tasks, I have handled different positions from different companies such as:
+ SEO (Onpage and Offpage – working with meta information and others)

+ Product Research and Listing
+ Accounting Services – Payroll and Bookkeeping via Saasu and QB
+ Wordpress Management and Development (Average as I am starting to learn about this)
+ Software Management and CRM
For the past years, I have learned have wanted to learn different tasks as I am ‘hungry’ to learn more and maintain flexibility and versatility in every position that I worked.
It is my goal to maintain a long-term business relationship with my clients as I aim for my objective to help in bringing success in every company I work.
As a starter, my very first position was an Office and Administrative Assistant wayback in 2009. Though I have been handing out several SEO projects, my main objective is to perform office-related responsibilities. It was also my training ground to learn how to become a more business-oriented worker in performing my tasks and duties everyday.
Speaking and writing are both essential in working online as it becomes a medium of communication between a client and an employee. With writing articles, English is the main language used otherwise, some clients want to translate it to their specific language. It plays a vital role in performing duties especially in creating ideas and writing articles. Both skills are 'a must' when it comes to working for any job whether it’s online or a physical office whenever you apply.
In my years of working for an online position, I have frequently met the chance to write. Writing is my passion in which I write about my personal experiences, most especially with the different travels I have been to. I like to create an idea to express reality into writing. I have a dream to publish books (hoping in near future J ) and write more blogs in the years to come. I have this urge to experience more things and practice on how to do better in every opportunity that comes and share it through writing blogs and articles.
I have done different tasks when it comes to marketing strategies. I'm more into advertising and SEO activities. I have been practicing this different techniques in order to achieve the best results that I can guarantee to my clients. Although there were a lot of techniques that I need to know, that is why I am very much interested to know a lot so that I can contribute more and maximize my capabilities.
I have lesser experience with product marketing but this doesn't mean that I am not capable of doing it. Its just that I have not yet into this opportunity as I have been doing some tasks and been into different positions. I have the experience but I am still willing to do more and share more. I want to maximize my potential on doing the least that I have ever done in order to contribute more as well as I am learning myself on how to do these tasks properly.
I honestly not into this position yet, although I have done mostly Wordpress management. I have this interest to know about this task especially website development but I have not yet cross the opportunity to belong in this department. Although I am very much willing and interested to know and practice with this. I am planning to work with this soon.
I have working with Wordpress for 2 years now and I am concentrating more on it. I loved challenging myself especially in building sites from scratch and create simple and completed designs. Although I have been dealing with already done templates, I also customized some sites. Content management along with the site is also one of my favorite. I like working with it and managing at the same time. I also do onpage optimization for Content and SEO with Yoast plugin.
I have been working and dealing with Accounting Service positions for the past 3 years which mainly highlights mostly bookkeeping and payroll tasks. I have catered 3 company brands for payroll and bookkeeping since 2013 and I am hoping to have more in the future. I am very precise in this kind of position and also consistency of communication is what I prefer. It’s very important to communicate every working hour for any changes and updates on the different transaction inputs.
Not as much as the other experiences I’ve had, Admin support is one of my least experienced job in which I have tried less than the amount spent with listed tasks unlike other job requirements. I personally discouraged working with Phone support as I have much lesser experience so I have doubts in accepting such jobs. Although Email Support along with Content Moderation and Community Forum Moderation are listed as one of my favorite.
