Profile Description

 I can be your dependable  Virtual Assistant for your digital marketing needs. I love assisting and helping people and providing excellent customer service to my clients in different fields, whether it is regarding their business, academic or personal purposes.
I've been in the BPO Industry for 4 years and handled different accounts with different multinational companies. I worked as a Data Analyst in Health Insurance, as a Customer Service Specialist and Sales Representative in the Telecommunications Industry, and as a Fraud Analyst in Consumer and Community Banking.
Through the years, I have learned how to familiarize myself with the different techniques and marketing strategies of the companies I have worked with. And now, I will use those skills as I venture to freelance as a graphic designer.
My love for creative writing, digital art, and graphic design provided me comfort in knowing that I have other skills that I can offer to my clients. And it did not stop me from pursuing this career as I was given a chance to be a trainee in Digital Jobs PH which conduct free training for aspiring online freelancers.
I know that I am a work in progress. And as I continue to enhance my skills, develop the right attitude toward work, and gain knowledge from this experience, I can ensure a predictable outcome in the long run. I'm a quick learner, diligent, detailed-oriented worker, and can work under pressure. I ensure that my work gets done accurately, efficiently, and on a timely basis.
