Profile Description

I am currently a freelance customer service executive. I've been one for about three years. I was once a brand marketing assistant, organising small events for an energy drink brand. That went on for a few months until I had a small stint in an events company. I worked as a marketing assistant and my job was to contact Upgrade to see actual infot long after that, I was hired as a graphic designer and an admin for a company that customises furnitures. Although I was given two positions at the same time, it wasn't that difficult to manage different tasks. As a graphic designer, I was in charge of making brochures, designing the website layout, and other collaterals the company needed. And as an admin, I did most of the admin work and the payroll for the Upgrade to see actual info was quite a small company so there weren't much people. Fast forward to the current position I am seeking, I've been doing outbound calls for three years and I confirm hotel bookings for guests. I can set appointments, organise schedules, etc.
I know my way around Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. And as someone who writes stories as a hobby, I am very familiar with MS Word (MS Excel and Powerpoint as well). I am up for content writing if my service is needed.

I can work with minimum supervision. A stable and long term job without having to leave the confines of my own home is something I want.
