Profile Description

I'm a former radio reporter doing news writing, researching, and broadcasting. I have experienced in managing social media accounts to promote our programs and station.
I also worked for a recruitment agency getting applicants for urgent hiring or even man pooling. I have worked as a liason officer in Saudi Embassy in Manila, Philippines and part of this job is the preparation of applicant's passport.
I have also been working for BPO for almost 7 years now. I had almost 3 years of experience working with an International bank and main task is to take in calls to provide better customer service to customers with regard to their banking or bank card concerns. I have almost 2 year of VA experience including Cold Calling, Customer Service VA, Admin Assistant, Recruitment VA.
