Profile Description

I've been in the Customer Service field my whole corporate life of more than 15 years. I started as Pharmacy Assistant in the biggest retail Pharmacy in the Philippines for more than 11 years, responsible for dispensing over-the-counter and prescribed medicines that have direct interaction with customers and enhanced my skill over the years. After 11 yrs, I transferred to the BPO industry where I was properly trained and become a solid Customer service Associate for the past years. I can do multiple tasks along with modern basic Technology with the intent of working with my future employer to better enhance my skill, create a good working relationship, and help the company in all aspects that I may deem responsible to attain companies goal and objectives. Because I believe that the success of the company I am working with will also be my self-fulfillment.
