I've worked in the BPO industry for over a decade plus 2years working remotely. I have worked with Redsky Comms Inc ( Upgrade to see actual info ) for over 5years, started as an appointment setter, booking an appointment for a solar consultation. Then was given the opportunity to land a managerial position. I've done some admin tasks, coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and pieces of training to help my members be better in what we do. Then I switch to working remotely and continued working as an appointment setter also tried doing confirmation calls. I also educated myself while working from home by enrolling in Social Media Marketing Class where I learned how to create a website, generate leads, video editing, and manage and market the business through social media platforms.
