Hi, I'm Sam, a Training Manager with a passion for building talent pipelines. For five years, I've pioneered training programs at a Filipino outsource company, empowering employees to excel in providing home security across the US. I hold a Train-the-Trainer certificate and played a key role in shaping the company's training culture.
More than just skills, I cultivate leaders. Most of our Operations leadership started in my training programs, a testament to the impact I make. But I'm never satisfied. I continuously seek growth, eager to learn new things and help talents across all levels thrive. With a learning mindset, I am very willing to be part of the virtual assistant industry.
