Profile Description

I've worked in customer care for almost 3 years. My first year was mostly spent in the Retention Department. After that, I worked in customer service. But I believe that my most useful years in the BPO were spent in working as an E-mail Advisor for a music-streaming Upgrade to see actual info honed my skills in communications, and e-mail etiquette, as well as in proofreading. Oh, and I was also able to win a Regional Writing Competition when I was just in high school. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management.
