Profile Description

I had extensive years of experience working as a technical support specialist who handles residential accounts year 2008 and got an opportunity to collaborate with onsite computer technicians for business accounts in the US year 2012. After years of working hard, career advancement was offered and I became a reports analyst. This job allows me to learn the advance EXCEL skills since I am tasked to send hourly productivity report and monitor calls in queue. Aside from that I also develop interpersonal skills that help me become more efficient with my job. I became a problem-solver, assertive and communicates well.
I see freelancing as my own business. I will make sure to provide the best service to my clients and make sure to exceed their expectation.
My tools of expertise are EXCEL (Advanced), CRM, Salesforce, Cloud Services, MS Office, G Suite, Softphone. I can also handle other applications not listed as I have been a technical support specialist and working with computers becomes my forte.
In this line of business, my primary goal is to provide the best service and great customer experience.
