I bring nearly 18 years of operational experience- 14 years supporting U.S. businesses in the BPO industry and the last 6 years working directly with founders.

I’ve been embedded inside businesses across the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, partnering closely with leadership to steady execution, strengthen accountability, and support teams as they grow.

I’ve helped scaling businesses in real estate, law firms, construction, tax and accounting, coaching, Airbnb, and food-based industries—places where details matter, pressure is real, and solid operations make life a whole lot easier.
