I recently worked for a dropshipping businesses that uses Amazon, eBay and other US-based suppliers, as well as Shopify, Aliexpress, Oberlo and other platforms. My duties include handling customer support, processing orders and keeping track of the inventory. I have experience with ZIK Analytics, DSM Tool, Chili Hunter and more.
I have also experience on different types of jobs, I was an online writer for over three years. My English skills, especially grammar and spelling (punctuation included), are very good. I won't have any problem understanding and responding to written customer queries.
I can learn things fast and easy so if it as a new job, I am willing to try and do my best.
