Profile Description

After I graduated college, I applied at a call center here in the Philippines at Convergys and I got accepted as a Technical Support Representative I. We are trained to help customers that are having trouble with their internet connection. I stayed there for almost a year. Then I transferred to a contact center at Telus International Philippines. I got accepted as a chat sales representative for Dell Computers. We help customers make a purchase through chat. After staying there for more than 2 years, I got transferred to the financial account of Dell which is the Dell Financial Services and I got accepted as a records and correspondence representative that deals with customers with their concerns via email. After I left Telus International, I got accepted in Dell Technologies Philippines as an Inside Sales Representative. I am currently assisting customers from the US, Canada and UK.
