Profile Description

I worked as Quality Advocate in one of the call centers here in the Philippines handling Upgrade to see actual info. I was also an Engagement Coach on the same account for 7 months.
As a Quality Advocate, I supported help and recognition programs for front-line representatives and Business Intelligence for up-to-date metric report. I deep-dive call and email contacts and do Rootcause Analysis of the defects and Strong Points to provide recommendations and best practices for the Front line representatives and account as a whole. The goal is to set Quality Process and guidelines to improve The Representatives’ metrics and the site’s COA ranking.
As an Engagement Coach I was responsible for supervising, managing and motivating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on a daily Upgrade to see actual infot clear Goals for the team to meet client’s expectations. Discover needs of each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber and provide coaching. Oversee day-to-day operation and execution of excellent performance. Most importantly I was tasked to motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to be their best.
