Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented freelancer with about eighteen (18) years of office-based and online experience in administrative support such as data entry, dashboard reports using MS Excel, file management, process documentation, email and calendar management, internet research, graphics designing, travel arrangement, and basic bookkeeping. 

I am proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as Google Apps (Docs, Forms, Slides, and Sheets). I create graphic designs using Canva for presentations and social media posts. I also manage social media accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter. I use Trello, Slack, Airtable, Zoom, Loom, Open Broadcaster Software, real estate software (Wise Agent, Navica MLS, Zillow, and DocuSign).

As a team player, I have the ability to multi-task and can work independently while enjoying flexibility at work. My eagerness to learn and develop myself constantly brings about my proactive problem-solving attitude.
