I am a travel consultant agent of StudentUniverse where we assists our client in booking, changing and arranging their flights. We entertain clients all over the world who have made their flight booking and assuring we have resolve all their problems and complaints in order for them to board their flights. I am under the Help Desk Department wherein we cater the clients' concerns, problems, complaints and issues regarding their flights.

On the other hand, I have undergone training and seminars to be a competent virtual assistant in Virtual Assistant Training Program in the Philippines. During my training, I have learned the basic skills on content creations, graphic designing, data entry, lead generation, website development (such as wordpress) and search engine optimization. I could bring to you these set of skills and talents that would be valuable to your company.

With my hands on experience, I have worked as a bookkeeper in a water refilling station and worked part time as a proofreader and transcriber of documents. I believe that with these experiences, it builds a solid foundation on my part engaging with administrative tasks.

I am also a computer literate person, technology savvy and active on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Messenger and Tiktok. I am a flexible type of person and open for more experience or work that I can do.
