As a rent administrator and communicator. I review list of tenants per building, to collect rent bills by call and email. Ensures KPIs are monitored, reviewed and reported to management. Provide support to rental department at all times. Doing courtesy calls and email to new tenants and assist in maintenance concerns.

Conducting individual background screening and is a part of a fundamental team instrumental in verifying the details provided by a prospective candidate with the respective source. Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes and timely followup and closure of assigned verification checks.

From pulling out medical records and relevant documents from facilities and offices (EMR), to creation of records and creating claims. Then submits and follow up claims to both private and government payers in multiple states through telephone and emails both outbound and inbound. Verification of eligibilities and benefits from payers. Check and credential providers. Negotiate claims through insurance’s third party vendors. Ensures prior authorization is secured before each patient’s procedure. Generate reports for tracking paid, unpaid and in-process claims and revenues and relay all the important information received from payers to billing manager and operations.
