I worked as a Virtual Assistant and Sales Specialist for Australia's #1 health product, various Saas platforms, real estate property, nursing homes in the USA, and a Canadian immigration software company.

For nearly four years, I worked in the BPO business. As a customer service agent and technical support for a US educational account, I aided US students in enrolling in and accessing their online courses. In addition, I supported US educators in developing online courses and gaining access to their online education site.Aside from that, I also worked as a billing representative, a retention officer, and a sales representative for an Australian broadband account. I assisted customers in checking their accounts and provided answers and solutions regarding their billing concerns. Also, I assisted them in obtaining monetary compensation for not being able to get the required speed in their area. As a sales specialist, I helped them choose and recommend the best broadband plan and mobile plan according to their needs and household needs. I also answered the customer's concerns via email. Moreover, I am knowledgeable in customer service, sales, lead generation, virtual assistance, and data entry. I can provide customers with accurate and precise information. I am a friendly, easy to work with, positive, and goal-oriented type of person. I also have a strong sense of commitment, and I am very keen on details. I'm always passionate about everything that I do. As a result, I can produce great results and outputs. I can work full-time and part-time.
