Profile Description

I am a customer service representative for almost 10 years, its a US based accounts with Comcast, Charter Telecommunications, DSL and different products for body enhancement.  I handled inbound and outbound calls, I also sent emails to response with clients concerns. As a Customer service representative, I was able to build confidence in giving assurance to the clients that I am giving the accurate information to resolve the issue. Its always a satisfaction and good feeling when everything is in good hands and resolved. Customer service representative is the person who helps in guiding the clients in resolving their problems and I am one of them.
