I started my first job in the BPO Industry as a Product Support Representative for Linksys, in the BPO company- Synnex-Concentrix Corp. back in 2012. We assisted our customers in setting up and troubleshooting their home networking devices(modems, gateways, routers etc.) over the phone. We also created opportunities for selling and up-selling products and services to maximize the customer's home network and experience. There was once that I was able to sell 17 new home network devices to a customer in a call. The experience became a huge factor to me in choosing the direction and opportunities where I excel and find success.
