Experienced broker support that has good analytical skills, typing proficiency, and comprehension when it comes to loan structures of all types of clients with the different lenders available across Australia

Ensuring that loan applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. 

WHAT  I DO / OFFER :

- Process loan applications from start to finish and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Verify information on loan applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct credit checks and other necessary research to evaluate loan applicants.
- Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and other relevant parties to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently.
- Prepare loan documents and coordinate with other departments to ensure that loan disbursements are made on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and related information.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
