Currently working as a Licensed Financial Advisor in an Insurance Company for 2 years. Providing clients with specialist advice on how to manage their money and recommending the most appropriate products and services available. Ensuring that clients are aware of products that best meet their needs and then securing a sale.
In 8 years I've been doing administrative tasks as per department requirements besides my daily routine like receiving and processing invoices, expenses form, and requests for payment. Arrange flight booking and hotel reservations for VIP clients. Filtering applicants and scheduling of interviews. I was promoted from being a concierge to Executive Admin. Assistant for being a flexible and fast learner. My ability to perform administrative duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision is also my strength.
