Profile Description

I am a Professional Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, Social Work, and Home Care and Medical Recruitment for over 6 years in corporate and freelance virtual assistance jobs specifically in Construction, Advertising, Franchising, Japan Based Non-Profit Organization, E-Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Bookkeeping and Tax Industry.

I focused on providing Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Graphic Designing, Facebook Ads, Customer Service, and General Virtual Assistance.
Since the pandemic started, I started working in a sub-contract job as an eBay Lister, Customer Service Assistant, and Product Researcher for an Australian Company. Then after a few months, I got hired as an Amazon Product Researcher for a US-based Amazon Seller selling Car Parts and Accessories, then I got promoted as Customer Service Assistant for their Amazon and eBay accounts and worked simultaneously for morning and night shifts.

Due to my extensive experience working as a Customer Service Assistant, I got hired in a Hong Kong-based Amazon Seller for Amazon US selling Cosmetic Products. I worked as a Customer Service Representative resolving Customer Complaints via email and making sure every negative experience will turn into positive and 5-star reviews.

Then I started working as a Social Media Manager for an Enrolled Agent for a US-based client in February 2021. I create social media postings, build her social media pages and community groups, engage with potential clients, design ads, create Facebook Ads Campaigns, edit videos such as reels and YouTube shorts, design newsletters, lead magnets, and landing pages, and edit videos for her online courses. And while working with her, I got a referral to work for her husband as a Video Editor for a Church Ministry and a Social Media Manager for a CEO in the Bookkeeping Industry in which I do the same task.

Before I became a Virtual Assistant, I had a bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Bicol University and had a Registered Social Worker license here in the Philippines since 2018. After I graduated from college, I worked for a Construction Company where I became a Project Executive. With my skills in Marketing, I was able to help the company gain clients for every trade show and event. The clients are from big manufacturing companies here in the Philippines. Since the company is a Design and Construction, my main task would be contacting potential leads, cold calling, creating proposals, and quotations, social media management, photo, and video documentation, managing and coordinating with the construction team, and collecting cheques.

In 2017, I worked for an International Non-Profit Organization that is based in Japan a subsidiary of the Japan International Cooperation Agency as a Project Development Officer. I worked as an Executive Assistant to our Project Manager and also as a coordinator for Community Development Projects. Mainly, my task would be doing administrative tasks such as organizing documents for accounting, scheduling travel arrangements, booking hotels and flights, and creating monthly community project reports.

In 2021, I and my partner co-founded a Recruitment Agency providing HR and Recruitment Services for US Based Home Care Industry. With my expertise in Marketing, I was able to build and gain clients for our company. But in terms of recruitment, I help with cold calling applicants, job posting on Indeed, Hireology, Boostpoint, myCNA jobs, and Zip Recruiter, evaluating and endorsing applicants to HR, managing applicants on Workbright and coordinating with applicants to complete their job requirements.
