Profile Description

My responsibilities include organizing electronic files, editing presentation documents, and assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations or other sales materials. I also respond to emails, arrange appointments and travel plans, and return phone calls for my employer.On a day-to-day basis, I complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor financial records.I verify transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
