Profile Description

I've been managing communities in Upgrade to see actual info way before community management was a thing. Never took it seriously and everything was just a side hobby until I found the opportunity to work in Upgrade to see actual infow, I have experience working on 13 DeFi projects and believe that I have the skills and experience that projects are looking for in a potential hire.
After being through a lot of projects, from generic image NFTs, to GameFi, to CEXs and DEXS, and even ridiculous dApps that have 5-6 protocols working in them (which I don't know even half of), I can easily say I've built up a decent amount of skills, network, and know-how that could potentially be a big help to the projects I'll be joining.
To outline my skills; first and foremost, I know Upgrade to see actual info, and I know communities. I know what metrics to look for and what campaigns/events must be done to improve KPI. I'm familiar with bots and am familiar with using a few that can help automate and streamline the processes necessary in DeFi communities. Most importantly, I know that community members are human, and their feelings are valid. To this extent, I can engage, interact, and at necessary times, intermediate and be a liaison for the project and its Upgrade to see actual info is my belief and ethos to pursue the idea that both community and devs must come to a unified perception of the project and that all questions, answers, and complaints must be laid out and addressed transparently to promote mutual harmony and trust.
Now, in regards to the nasty stuff, I've fought bot waves by the hundreds - if not thousands, I've handled awful bot-ridden mint days - sometimes with spammers in the mix, I've also combated fake and reasonable FUD, and have pretty much grown accustomed to the fact that people will never read pinned messages.
To bring the numbers up throughout my career, I came up with strategies, ran events, ran brand ambassador programs, hosted competitions, and wrote tons of announcements more times than I could count. To encapsulate everything, I also have experience in writing reports and can translate numbers into a well-defined story.
Beyond that, I'm currently working part-time as a Chief Operating Officer of a small DeFi gaming guild. I'm the head of recruitment, strategic planning, training/onboarding, and daily ops. I oversee the guild's community, social media, Upgrade to see actual info, and Telegram, have written content for the guild (such as whitepaper and onboarding docs), and do the bookkeeping.
To summarize, I'm a seasoned community manager with years of experience under my belt. I have experience moderating forums, Upgrade to see actual info servers, and Telegram channels. I am very familiar with these platforms and am using them daily.
Before all this though, I also worked as a game administrator for Warframe, a multiplatform MMORPG that's been known to top the charts. Throughout my career there, I've handled player tickets, addressed their complaints, answered inquiries, investigated and banned users, fought RMT, and moderated a bit of the game's community as well. I also handled new-hire training for the customer service reps for a short while.
Going further back into the timeline, I first started working as a customer service specialist with multiple multinational companies and have received commendations from all lines of business (voice, chat, email). Throughout my tenure, I've learned important skills in customer service, expanded my skills in finance, and improved my hands-on knowledge in hardware and software tech support. Fortunately, despite me being young back then and even though that was my first venture into the professional world, I can pretty much say the skills I learned from that point on translated well into the other job posts I've held moving forward - which I still carry to this day.
Ultimately, I guess what I'm saying is, that I am proactive, my skills are diverse, and my entire professional career pretty much has unexpectedly grown around this niche job I've found myself in currently. Also, I'm a tad stubborn and have the drive and grit to push through.
All in all, I'm extremely bullish about web3 and am keenly on the lookout for the next big thing. Let's talk.
