Diverse Accounting Platform Experience: Proficient in a range of accounting platforms including Reckon One, Peachtree, MYOB, Zoho, Wave, MS Excel, Gusto, Shopify, A2X, Amazon, Dear Inventory, and GS1.
?Reconciliation Proficiency: Skilled in timely reconciliation of various accounts including bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways such as Stripe.
?Transaction Management: Experienced in daily transaction entry into Xero, using Hubdoc or manual entry methods.
?Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
?Payroll Management: Responsible for managing weekly and fortnightly pay runs.
?BAS Returns Preparation: Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS returns.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Manage accounts payable using Upgrade to see actual info and Dext, as well as accounts receivable functions.
?Aged Accounts Handling: Prepare aged payable reports and coordinate with suppliers through email for statements or missing invoices. Prepare aged receivable lists and send follow-up emails to clients regarding overdue sales invoices.
?Inventory Management: Enter COGS and manage opening and closing stock in Xero.
?CRM Support: Provide assistance with CRM systems.
?E-commerce Experience: Experienced in working with Shopify, particularly for home and clothing online stores
?Manage Stripe Account: involves recording and reconciling transactions and fees, tracking and reconciling payouts, handling refunds and chargebacks, and allocating expenses. It includes generating and reviewing reports, ensuring tax compliance, maintaining software integrations, recognizing revenue accurately, and conducting regular audits to ensure data security and integrity.
