I've worked in the BPO industry for 7 years. 
-Started as a customer service representative for a Canadian utilities company.
-Worked for an Australian telecommunications account for more than 2 years.
-Started as a representative and after 3 months, was asked to be a Subject Matter Expert supporting both the new and tenured representatives. 
-Promoted as a Sales Coach (telecommunications account) doing root cause analysis on what behaviors are directly impacting the sites performance focusing specifically on sales. 
-I also worked for a credit card company providing assistance for card members in Australia and New Zealand. 
-Promoted to Senior Customer Care Professional (credit card account) after 6 months of consistent marvelous performance.
-I can easily follow directions, willing to be trained to acquire new skills and could work with very minimal supervision.
-I am looking for a long-term, stable job where I can exercise my desire to provide excellent customer service.
