Profile Description

I’ve been a customer support for almost 9 years now for different line of businesses. Handled sales and billing support, technical, collections, chat and email and bilingual voice associate. I worked different accounts like; ATT connectech, Verizon, PacSun, The Sports Authority, Intuit Proconnect, Engage, Dtv and NetSpend. Of my years of experience being a customer service representing these brands, I was able to developed lots of skills specifically dealing with clients around the globe. 
Being able to provide excellent customer support is an achievement. Beingpromoted to subject expert, supervisor, quality analyst is a bonus.With these experiences, I started to venture to a different side of this type of industry.  
Working long years now I must say that integrity is one of the key to becoming an effective employee.
