Upgrade to see actual info 36 yrs. old experienced as a system trainer, virtual assistant,appointment setter, lead generator, and have millions of leads in all 50 states B2B and residential type and also I'm excited to show my strong interest for the position of Virtual Assistant with a focus on social media, data entry, marketing and research.
Used to be a technical support for dell computers for 2 yrs. I experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, upset, worried and so much frustrated. Building an emotional connection with customer is not easy especially when they are irate.
An operation manager before for almost 2 years (BPO company and lead generation). As a lead generator, it's your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
An ESL teacher before in different account Chinese, Koreans, Japanese and Taiwanese. Online teachers instruct students in specific subject areas, prepare lesson plans and coordinate schedules while monitoring students' skills and achievement.
I'm a hardworking, fast learner, possessing in significant background in delivering a variety of virtual assistant tasks to individual clients, business owners and various corporations. I am a self starter and have completed in-home office set up. I am using a desktop 8gb ram, windows 7 and Intel i7 core processor with fast and reliable internet connection at home (35mbps fiber optic).
