Profile Description

I am an established virtual assistant who has a vast experience working as an offshore independent contractor. I was recently a paralegal and intake specialist for a small family law firm in New York. I also have freelanced for another firm in Georgia that specializes in Labor Law. My job roles were doing intake, calendaring, filing court docs to e-court systems, drafting, organizing of documents, delegating emails, preparing invoices and creating policies and procedures for the startup small law firm. I also manage the firm's monthly sales, hiring, onboarding and tracking of KPI's. Apart from all that, I have a technical background and very savvy with Wordpress. I am actually working on my certification as a Data Analyst at the Upgrade to see actual infont. Before I was a virtual assistant, I worked as a Telephone Customer Service and Technical support for several BPO companies for more than 7 years combined. My communication skills are impeccable and I make sure I make my job spot on each time.
